We are always available with free professional consultation for all your orders.  We can help you determine the cost of a project and the right linen to use.  Custom designing services are available that can include embroidery design patterns in your own colorations, monogramming in period styles, custom sized linens for curtains, bedding, pillows, tablecloths, runners, or any other unique project.  We can keep your custom designed patterns on file for any future replacement linens, or if you want create additions to your collection. Linen swatches are available upon request.

We require a prepayment in full when scope of project is agreed upon and the order placed. 

 When phoning, please leave your voice mail message with your name, phone number, where you are calling from, and the best time to reach you.   We always return phone calls and answer emails very promptly.  For international inquiries, please consider emailing or faxing us your inquiry or order.  We will fax or email you back with complete prices including shipping options.

If you have your own linens or colorations you would like us to match, please mail us your linen with a sample of the colorations you have in mind with instructions on how to contact you.   We will review your request, consult with you by phone and provide a written quotation of what can be accomplished.  If you decide not to proceed we will promptly mail back your linen & all materials sent.
